Greenacres, this magnificent house is in the heart of Ashbourne, tucked away in two acres of garden providing a quiet secluded holiday home of real quality. The beautiful garden with a variety of places to explore has a very large lawn, a wooded area with stream and bridge, a patio and from the conservatory a larger patio surrounded by formal flower beds. This house has been finished with style and luxury in mind with deep carpets, fully matching drapes and accessories.

Ashbourne is a fine market town with numerous antique and individual shops, market square, real-ale pubs, restaurants, bistros, good walks, leisure centre and supermarkets are all within an easy stroll.

Ashbourne is the gateway to beautiful Dovedale and the Peak National Park with its stone villages and dales which are an easy drive and provide good walking country. An ideal base to visit the many attractions on offer including Alton Towers, 8 miles. Dovedale within 5 miles and the Tissington cycle trail reached in minutes. Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Matlock, Buxton, Bakewell, Gullivers Kingdom and Carsington Water are all within easy reach.

Greenacres is approached via a private drive, which lights up at night, with electric gates and has ample parking, various out buildings for the storage of bikes and equipment and a double garage with electric up and over doors.

The large beamed Lounge leading from the hallway is comfortably furnished with leather suites, open fireplace and has a fully fitted bar with glass washing facilities. The Morning room looking out to one of the patios has a TV, DVD and VCR and a sofa bed. The Dining room with a fire place opens out to the generous coservatory which overlooks the large patio and formal flower beds. There is a cloakroom with toilet and basin. The kitchen has units of an individual style and all the expected modern appliances. From here the utiliy room, games room with pool, bar football, darts and card table, wood and coal store can be reached.

On the first floor there are six bedrooms, which are all generously equipped with fully fitted furniture.

A £100 Good Housekeeping Deposit is payable two weeks prior to holidays at this accommodation.

Short Breaks throughout the year except Christmas, New Year, Easter, July and August.

Deposits and final payments:

Your holiday may be booked by telephone, letter or email, this will be reserved for 1 week awaiting a deposit of 20% to secure the booking. The final balance to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival for the holiday. All payments will be acknowledged and directions will be sent on receipt of the final balance. For arrangements for access to the house contact us in the week proceeding the holiday.
