Prices:
December 24th 2005 - April 29th 2006 - $2,650/week.
May 1st 2006 - December 22nd 2006 - $2,450/week.
Deposits and final payments:
Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the
currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with
the owner.
A $200 deposit is required to secure a booking. Bookings will
initially be reserved for 7 days whilst awaiting the deposit. If
after 7 days the $200 deposit has not been received then the
property will be re-advertised.
50% of the remaining balance is to be paid within 60 days of the rental date with the remaining 50% of total due within 30 days of occupancy agreement.
Cleaning charge of $100.
Add 12% tax to all rates.
